Regional Group Australia (RGA) are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team based in North-West Melbourne, VIC.The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by managing incoming calls, processing concrete orders, amending existing bookings, and ensuring accurate communication between customers, operations and the sales team. You must have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment where accuracy and customer satisfaction are critical. You will have the ability to communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs and requirements.  Duties will include:Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Process new concrete orders accurately within company systems. Amend, reschedule, or cancel existing customer orders as required. Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details. Liaise with dispatch, batching plants, drivers, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes to customers.
